eMBR: The eMBR web portal was developed following a survey of the bioremediation sector and primarily serves to improve synergy within the sector. Funded by Nigeria's Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF), Nigeria, it contains three simple computational biology resources potentially able to improve outcomes of environmental remediation activities, particularly those involving bio augmentation.
